Sudoku (Japanese: su-doku) is a logic puzzle that became very popular by daily or weekly publications in big newspapers and magazines. You can find Sudoku books, online sudoku quizes at different websites and sudoku games for the PC. The aim of the game is to place numbers of 1 to 9 in a partly filled 9x9-grid. The grid is composed from smaller 3x3-grids (sub-grids) and when entering the numbers the following conditions have to be meet: In every row, every column and every subgrid each number may occur only once. All cells have to be filled with numbers of 1 to 9. A little example is show in the following picture:
